A.This is the real thing! Genuine hand bent neon signs, hand-crafted with care. Nothing comes close to the brilliance of genuine neon tubes.
Q. Can I use my sign outside
A. No. Unless we design a custom sign for you specifically constructed for outdoor use, all our signs are intended for use indoors, and exposure to excessive moisture will damage or destroy your sign
Q.Do I need a special electrical circuit installed for my neon sign?
A.No. All our sign are ready to hang up and plug into a standard grounded outlet.
Q.Will my neon sign use a lot of electricity?
A. No. Neon is a very efficient light source, and a typical neon transformer draws only a couple of amps on standard voltages.
Q.Does my sign come with hardware to hang it up.
A.Our signs are shipped with hanging hooks installed. All you have to do is get some light weight chain from any hardware store cut to your desired length, and secure it to the ceiling.
Q.How long before I can expect my neon sign to arrive?
A.After confirmed payment, most signs ship out within 5 business days. Our transit time is typically 3-7 business days. This means most neon signs arrive at their new homes in 8-12 business days. To be sure, please allow 15 business days from your order for delivery. Custom neon signs may take up to 21 business days from payment to reach their destination. If you need your sign for a specific date or event, please check with us via email before you order to ensure your deadline can be met.
Q.What happens if my sign is damaged during shipment. A.We will repair or
