Our signs are genuine

standard outlet. Our power cords are over 8' long making installation a snap.
A pull chain at the back allows for easy operation. The hand bent neon tubes
are mounted to a sturdy, matte black plastic backing. Neon is difficult to
ship, but we have developed special packaging so that our breakage rate is
less than 4%. If your sign did happen to become damaged during shipment, we
will repair or replace it for free. There is a one year warranty on all our
signs, and you can feel safe paying for your sign through our secure checkout
